Clover Club

An absolute classic and one of our favourites for a beautiful TV evening at home: theClover Club!

You need:

50ml GINSTR- Stuttgart Dry Gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
20ml raspberry syrup
1 egg white

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker and then pour into a glass without ice.
