There's a great one today GINSTR Recipe from our friend Yannick Duyck from Brussels. The bartender is a member of the Belgian National Bartending Team (UBB) and bar manager at The Twelve Bar, Thon Bruxelles.
The recipe to make at home: the Cosmonaut!

You will need:
50ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp raspberry jam
Pour all ingredients into the shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously (approx. 15 seconds) and double strain into a pre-chilled glass. In this case, double means through a fine strainer or kitchen sieve so as not to have the fine ice crystals and raspberry seeds in the later cocktail. A stemmed glass, such as our GINSTR cocktail glass, is best suited for this cocktail.
