Espresso Martini
The Espresso Martini – with us today GINSTR
A modern classic created in London, with origins in the 1980s and 1990s. If the story of London bartender Dick Brodsells is true, then one day a young American model came to his bar and asked for a drink that would wake her up and then knock her out: "Wake me up and then fuck me up." That was the beginning of vodka espresso. After moving to the Match Bar, the cocktail became what we know today Espresso Martini. Have fun mixing it up!

50ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
25ml coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlúa)
10ml sugar syrup
a freshly brewed espresso
Decoration: 3 espresso beans
Pour all ingredients into the shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously (approx. 15 seconds) and double strain into a pre-chilled glass. In this case, double means through a fine strainer or kitchen sieve so as not to have the fine ice crystals in the later cocktail. A stemmed glass, such as our GINSTR cocktail glass, is best suited for this cocktail. Now all that's missing is the espresso beans on the foam and your espresso martini with ours is ready GINSTR – Stuttgart Dry Gin.
Cheers!
