GINSTR Halloween Sour

Do you like pumpkin spice lattes, love Halloween or are you just in the mood for a cool autumnal drink?

Ingredients:

50 ml GINSTR – Stuttgart Dry Gin

30 ml fresh lime juice

20 ml sugar cane syrup

10 ml MONIN Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Soda water or strong sparkling water

Ice cubes

Preparation:

Add all ingredients (except soda/sparkling water) to a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously.

Then strain into a glass with fresh ice cubes, add a splash of soda water or sparkling water - the sweet and sour Halloween cocktail is ready!
