Cheezy Eagle

Don't worry, there's no cheese urchin waiting for you here.

This delicious one GINSTR Cocktaill with some Philadelphia cream cheese is for that Philadelphia Eagles dedicated - to the finalists in the Super Bowl 2025.

You need:

30ml   GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
15ml Licor 43 
15ml Monin popcorn syrup (or sugar syrup)

15ml   Fresh squeezed lime juice 
1          teaspoon Philadelphia cream cheese

 

Combine all ingredients with ice cubes Shakers and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Then strain the contents of the shaker through a sieve Cocktail cup strain.

Garnish with a lime wedge if you like.
