GINSTR eggnog
Perfect (not only) for Easter: the homemade one GINSTR eggnog!

250ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
340ml condensed milk
250g sugar
8 Egg yolks
1 vanilla pod (or 1 pack of vanilla sugar)
Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Then add the condensed milk, the vanilla pod (or vanilla sugar) and the GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
Now the mass is heated over a hot water bath. This works best if you put a smaller pot in a larger one. Stir until the mixture thickens (this happens at around 70 degrees) - under no circumstances should it boil. Now you can bottle your GINSTR eggnog, let it cool and enjoy!
