GINSTR Fizz

The Gin-Fizz is probably the best-known representative of the “Fizz family”. It looks back on a long past, having been developed in the middle of the 19th century. A popular alcoholic soft drink, it was first mentioned in the 1862 book “The Bartenders Guide”.

Of course we're making the gin fizz with ours today GINSTR, because it fits perfectly with its elegant citrus notes!

GINSTR Fizz

You need:

50ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
30ml fresh lemon 
20ml sugar syrup (available from MONIN)
  Soda water

Decoration: lemon zest

Add all ingredients except the soda water to the shaker and fill with ice cubes. Shake vigorously (approx. 15 seconds) and strain into a pre-chilled long drink or fizz glass over ice cubes. Then pour the soda water into the cocktail. Now add a lemon peel to the glass as a garnish and there you have it GINSTR Fizz done!
