50ml GINSTR- Stuttgart Dry Gin
30ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
15 basil leaves
Mortar the basil and sugar syrup in the shaker with a pestle. Lemon juice and GINSTR add and shake with ice. Pour through a sieve into a glass on ice. Finished.
