Like egg liqueur, only vieeel better: We present the GINSTR Flip!
50ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
30ml sugar syrup
1 fresh egg
The contents of the fresh egg with sugar syrup and GINSTR Put in a shaker and stir until everything is well mixed. Then add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour through a fine sieve into a glass and enjoy.
