GINSTR Flip
Like eggnog, only much better: we present it GINSTR Flip!

You need:
50ml GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
30ml sugar syrup
1 fresh egg
Pour all ingredients into the shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously (approx. 15 seconds) and double strain into a pre-chilled glass. In this case, double means through a fine strainer or kitchen sieve so as not to have the fine ice crystals in the later cocktail. A stemmed glass, such as our GINSTR cocktail glass, is best suited for this cocktail. To give the cocktail a certain touch, grate a little nutmeg onto the foam at the end.
