Today we have a refreshingly fruity cocktail creation for you.

In this cocktail, the citrus note of our GINSTR meets the exotic fruity sweetness of the lychee and is tastefully rounded off by the fresh nuances of the cucumber.


40ml             GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin
80ml             lychee nectar
10ml             fresh lemon juice
15ml             sugar syrup
3                   cucumber slices

Put all ingredients in the shaker and fill up with ice. Shake vigorously (approx. 15 seconds) and strain twice into a pre-chilled glass. In this case, double means through a fine strainer or kitchen sieve, so that the fine ice crystals and the cucumber are not in the later cocktail. A stemmed glass, like our GINSTR cocktail glass, is best for this cocktail.
